Afghan Roasted Pumpkin

Buy regular orange pumpkin.  Remove seeds.  Cut in quarters.  Cover with honey, garam masala. Bake at 425.

Make yogurt topping with regular yogurt, chopped mint leaves, and crushed garlic (2-3 cloves).

Serve pumpkin with yogurt on top.

Side of rice.
